An E-commerce Executive is a professional responsible for overseeing and optimizing a company's online sales and presence, ensuring smooth operations and driving growth. They manage various aspects of the online retail experience, including website functionality, product listings, order processing, customer service, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Ensuring the online storefront is user-friendly, visually appealing, and performs efficiently. Product Listing and Inventory: Maintaining accurate and attractive product listings, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. Order Processing and Customer Service: Handling online orders, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and executing online marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns, to drive traffic and sales. Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and using insights to improve e-commerce performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
