Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee e-commerce accounts, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
• Develop and maintain product catalogs, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.
• Conduct product pricing and costing analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product visibility and drive sales initiatives.
• Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of cataloguing, product pricing, and product costing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools to manage accounts effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Ajmer during day shifts.
