Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Supervise and nurture relationships with key e-commerce clients and dealers to meet their needs and exceed expectations. - Product Listings: Create and manage product listings with high-quality images and compelling descriptions to ensure accuracy and appeal. - Order Management: Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. - Dealer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. - Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Content Creation: Develop engaging product descriptions and marketing content that resonate with our target audience and enhance user experience. - Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive e-commerce growth. - Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and collecting feedback. - Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on account performance and share insights with stakeholders.
