Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and streamline daily operations on our e-commerce platform. The role involves order management, logistics coordination, inventory oversight, and customer support to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors, shippers, and internal teams to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process and monitor orders across the platform, ensuring timely fulfillment. Logistics Coordination: Work with vendors and shipping partners to track deliveries, resolve logistics issues, and maintain SLAs. Product & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, bulk uploads, and product listings to ensure accuracy and integrity on the platform (preferably Shopify). Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to manage stock updates, pricing, and order processing. Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, chat, and email, ensuring quick resolutions for returns, replacements, and claims. Operational Reporting: Maintain records of orders, returns, and inventory while identifying areas for process improvement. Qualifications: .Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, including order and inventory management. Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including bulk product uploads. Proficiency in Microsot Excel for data management and reporting. Strong coordination skills to manage vendors, logistics partners, and customer queries. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.,
