Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end architecture for D365 Field Service solutions, integrating with other Microsoft and third-party systems. Define data models, process flows, integrations, and security architecture. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership across D365 Field Service projects, guiding developers and consultants. Define best practices for configuration, customization, and deployment. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to align technical solutions with business needs. Project Delivery: Oversee implementation phases, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Integration & Extensibility: Lead integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, IoT, and mobile solutions. Ensure extensibility and scalability of solutions to accommodate future growth. Governance & Documentation: Maintain architecture documentation and technical specifications. Ensure solutions comply with security, data privacy, and governance standards.,
