Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales Support: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the NPD & Engineering team to understand product features and technical details. Understand the drawings. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with company goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products. Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Coordination with Customers and Internal Stake Holders to achieve delivery Schedule. Sales Activities: Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients to increase sales. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to secure long-term business relationships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
