As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and delivering top-notch service offerings within the technology domain. Additionally, you will be involved in project estimation, contribute to solution delivery, engage in technical risk planning, conduct code reviews, and review unit test plans. Your role will also entail leading and guiding your teams in the development of optimized high-quality code deliverables, fostering continuous knowledge management, and ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. You are expected to play a key role in building efficient programs/systems and assisting clients in their digital transformation journey. To excel in this position, you should possess knowledge of multiple technologies, understand fundamental principles of architecture and design, be familiar with testing tools, and have a grasp of agile methodologies. Moreover, you should be well-versed in project life cycle activities related to development and maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes, and have a basic understanding of business domains to comprehend business requirements. Strong analytical abilities, technical skills, and communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of technology and the domain, as well as the ability to demonstrate proficiency in software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends, possessing excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills will further contribute to your success in this position.,
