Duty Terminal Officer-Guest Relations

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service to passengers by assisting with inquiries, check-in processes, and security procedures
  • Coordinate with various airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest flow
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, seeking timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and security measures
  • Execute VIP handling and special service requests with attention to detail and discretion
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for the guest service team to uphold service standards
  • Collaborate with airline representatives and ground handling agencies to optimize guest experiences
  • Assist in emergency response and crisis management situations as per aviation protocols
  • Participate in airport service enhancements and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Airport Operations, Customer Service, or Aviation Security are advantageous.

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the aviation industry
