Duty Terminal Officer-Guest Relations
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service to passengers by assisting with inquiries, check-in processes, and security procedures
- Coordinate with various airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest flow
- Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, seeking timely resolutions
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and security measures
- Execute VIP handling and special service requests with attention to detail and discretion
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for the guest service team to uphold service standards
- Collaborate with airline representatives and ground handling agencies to optimize guest experiences
- Assist in emergency response and crisis management situations as per aviation protocols
- Participate in airport service enhancements and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Airport Operations, Customer Service, or Aviation Security are advantageous.
Experience: - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the aviation industry
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality guest service in a dynamic airport environment
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
