Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
• Educate customers about product features and best practices to enhance their usage.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep your IT knowledge and skills up to date.
• Collect customer feedback to contribute to improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and technical understanding.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, along with a proactive attitude.
