Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while providing thorough guidance.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
