Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Provide up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel changes.
  • Resolve customer issues with efficiency, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
  • Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements
