Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's range of products and services efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and solve complex technical concerns.
- Carefully document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and improve support skills.
- Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
- A team-oriented approach with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adjust to a new cultural environment.
