Your primary responsibility will involve responding to due diligence requests from clients, banks, and regulatory bodies to support their compliance and risk assessment processes. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and responding to due diligence questionnaires, collaborating with various teams to gather necessary information, maintaining due diligence records, assisting in the development of tools, supporting the group insurance renewal process, contributing to process improvement, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a corporate or legal support role, with a law-related degree or equivalent experience. You should possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
