About The Role We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Project Manager with 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance and lead the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects. Requirements Minimum 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects. Solid background in project management and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property and Casualty insurance space. Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite such as Policy, Billing, Claims and Author. Proven experience with Agile methodologies. Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek such Billing, Policy and Claims. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers and external vendors. Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively. Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams and executive sponsors. Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.,
