Job Description

Conventional Milling or DRO Milling: - Experience in working with DRO Milling Machine or Conventional Milling Machine. - Hands-on experience in working with DRO machines achieving 5-10 micros precision. - Precision Machining: - Machine high-precision customized parts based on technical drawings and specifications. - Conduct inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality. - GD&T Interpretation: - Interpret and work with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) as per engineering drawings. - Quality Assurance: - Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM) to ensure adherence to tight tolerances. - Document and report any discrepancies or issues. - Maintenance: - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines. - Collaboration: - Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve machining challenges and optimize processes. - Experience: - Fresher or experienced focusing on high-precision machining. - Skills: - Strong understanding of GD&T and its application in machining. - Proficient in working with customized, non-mass-production parts. - Familiarity with precision measuring tools and techniques. - Shifts: - Rotational shift. - Education: - Diploma or certification in CNC machining or relevant technical discipline. - Work location: - Veerasandra industrial area, E-city phase 2, Bangalore. - Salary: 22K to 40K Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What are the languages you speak Work Location: In person,
