The Drayage Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and communicating efficiently with drivers and customers. Duties include scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments, monitoring shipment status, addressing any issues or delays, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications Experience in transportation, logistics, or drayage operations Strong communication and customer service skills 1-3 years of experience as a drayage freight broker / dispatcher required Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Knowledge of freight documentation and regulatory requirements Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Adequate organizational and record-keeping skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or related field is beneficial,
