Sr no Description 1 Intiatie Project discussion with client and their team 2 Initiate & conclude design brief & understand the brief with client requirements 3 Holistic understanding of the site 4 Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Design Director / Principal architect (wherever needed) 5 Prepare storyboard for design workshop Presentation 6 Prepare Presentation for design workshop 7 Present the design workshop presentation to the client 8 Update Drawings as per client inputs 9 Prepare storyboard for final sign off presentation 11 Check sign off drawings as per checklist and ANA standards 10 Prepare Presentation for final sign off 12 Present and Submit the final sign-off presentation to the client 13 Prepare GFMD and coordinate with municipal department in order to finalize the feasibility report 18 Prepare and finalise schematic drawings from the team for consultant 14 Initiate kick off meetings with consultants 15 Coordination with consultant & clients with respect to deliverables & timelines 16 Study and implement inputs given by consultants 17 Check schematic drawings as per checklist and ANA standards 18 Prepare and finalise DD1 drawings from the team 19 Check DD1 drawings as per checklist and ANA standards 20 Preparation of sketch brochure 21 Prepare and finalise DD2 drawings from the team 22 Check DD2 drawings as per checklist and ANA standards 23 Periodic site visits to check execution as per drawings provided 24 Finalize schedule and allocated different type of drawings with team based on their skill set & designation 25 Resolving on-site queries 26 Environmental Clearance meetings and drawing work (if needed) Responsibility - Operations 1 Discuss with PM for work schedules and deadlines 2 Internal meeting with PM and other team members 3 To study and analyze allotted projects 4 Saving all the work on server 5 Agreement checking and finalize the same on paper with sign and stamp 6 Approve teams leaves 7 Preparation for all strategic and tactical meetings 8 Guide architects in his/her Design and Technical Knowledge 9 Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a productive work environment. 10 Maintain Profitability of the team and projects 11 Monthly closing reports review and sanction 12 Follow up for collection of billing amount whenever required 13 Submission of any reports to Management, Human Resource, Project Management 14 Review the work and submit the form to HR 30-60-90 KRA's - Execution 1 Design leadership: (DL) i) Conclude design brief, ii) Concept/Sign Off Drawings iii) Schematic Drawings iv) DD1 v) DD2 vi) Environmental Clearance meetings and drawing work (if needed) 2 Client and Consultant collaboration: (CCC) i) Present and send PDF to the design workshop presentation to the client ii) Present the final sign-off presentation to the client iii)Coordination with consultant & clients with respect to deliverables & timelines iv) Provide Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Design Director / Principal architect (wherever needed) 3 Quality Control & Standards: (QM & S)Checklists and ANA Standards 4 Site Execution Management : (SEM) i) Site visit KRA's - Operations 1 Finance : i) Maintain Profitability of the team and projects ii) Monthly closing reports submission to Finance team iii) Follow up for collection of billing amount whenever required 2 Team Mentoring: i) Discuss with PM for work schedules and deadlines ii) Internal meeting with PM and other team members 3 Core Operational Responsibility: (COR): i) Saving all the work with check list on the server ii) Agreement checking and finalizing the same on paper with sign and stamp Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
