As a Manager in the Accounting Group, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to draft and update new IFRS and US GAAP accounting technical guidance for internal firm use and external publications. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and staying current on IASB and FASB project developments, contributing to researching and writing technical accounting guidance, and assisting in preparing illustrative financial statements. You will also play a key role in maintaining and improving the information structure on the internal website that captures firm technical guidance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to present on technical accounting matters at US national office team meetings and external-facing webcasts/podcasts. To succeed in this role, you should have recent and extensive experience in applying and implementing IFRS accounting standards and US GAAP. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in a Big 4 national office or a similar function, such as the Capital Markets Group or serving large/complex clients. As an individual contributor and/or supervisory role for 2-3 professionals, you will report to the Director and/or Associate Partner. This role will be based in the US, and work timings will depend on the deliverables and project timelines.,
