Role: Dot Net Technical Lead Location: Navi Mumbai, Turbhe Experience: 7+ years Job Description: We are looking for a skilled.NET Technical Lead with strong experience in.NET technologies, monolithic and microservice architectures, Azure, and Entity Framework. The role involves a mix of hands-on development (6070%) and team leadership (3040%). Key Responsibilities: Development (6070%): Architect and establish base solutions for new projects. Lead feature development, including unit testing, QA release, and production deployment. Build and optimize secure Web APIs using.NET 8+. Implement Entity Framework with Code First, migrations, and LINQ optimization. Contribute high-quality, well-documented code. Team Leadership (3040%): Mentor and support team members in overcoming technical challenges. Conduct code reviews, peer testing, and manage pull requests. Collaborate with client-side technical and business teams. Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Required Skills: Expertise in .NET 8+ Web API development using.NET 8+ Entity Framework (Code First, migrations, LINQ) Frontend experience with Angular or ReactJS Azure services: Web App, Container Apps, Azure SQL ER diagramming (specify the tool used) Experience with Microsoft Entra for authentication (minimum 2 projects) Unit testing using xUnit/NUnit, Moq/Bogus Code quality tools: SonarQube Experience with GIT operations and CI/CD pipelines Team collaboration and daily issue resolution (unblocking) Client-facing experience Project management tools: JIRA or equivalent Agile/SCRUM methodology Hands-on experience in both monolithic and microservice architectures (minimum 2 projects each),
