It is beneficial to have experience working with American customers and willingness to work on rotation shifts to support the 24/7/365 support process. Candidates should have knowledge about the support process including SLA, Priority, Criticality, Knowledge Base, etc., and exposure to application maintenance/production support/DevOps.
