The Domestic Content Compliance Analyst position is based in Hyderabad, India and reports to the Senior Manager, Domestic Content Compliance. As the Domestic Content Compliance Analyst, you will oversee the entire domestic content certification process, including sending and tracking vendor certifications, maintaining records, and preparing customer certificates. You will ensure that all contractual certification and documentation requirements are met and manage the certification tracking dashboard. Collaboration with cross-functional departments and external auditors is essential to ensure seamless compliance with domestic content requirements. Additionally, you will review exception reports and resolve issues where domestic content attainment is below target, as well as work with suppliers to assemble project traceability document packages. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain (preferred), 5-8 years of experience in Compliance operations related to the US region, experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, flexibility to work in the US time zone, and the ability to produce reports and analyses from large data sets. Preferred experiences include knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, or other query programming languages for analyses, as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Power BI.
