The primary responsibility of this role is to develop SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirements within the specified cost budget. You will be tasked with cost optimization of existing admixture products and the introduction of alternate raw materials if necessary. It is essential to focus on optimized product development after a comprehensive understanding of concrete design mix. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing site complaints related to admixture performance, which may require travel, and checking the formulation stability for new formulations. In terms of business responsibilities, you will need to coordinate with CTs for concrete admixture formulation activities and closely collaborate with the Marketing team for the introduction and testing of alternate raw materials. Analyzing performance data from laboratory trials, reviewing and verifying product development in-house, and ensuring customer end validation processes for concrete development are crucial aspects of this role. Furthermore, you will work alongside QC chemists for raw material testing and conduct quarterly benchmarking against OPC competition. Conducting site visits and onsite trials for critical customers, maintaining zero deviation in established product vs. customer supplies, and providing training for Senior CTs at the regional level are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you must hold a B Tech/BE/ Civil or Chemical or B.Sc. degree. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Construction Chemicals company on the supply side.,
