Job Description
As a Document Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing documents in accordance with Letter of Credit (L/C) or contractual terms with customers. Your primary duties will include ensuring timely dispatch of documents to customers, verifying that all documentation is in line with L/C or contractual requirements before the due date, and creating various financial documents such as invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially with all the shortcuts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in English is also essential for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, including rotational shifts and UK shift timings.
