Job Description
You should have a basic understanding of construction projects and documentation systems. Your responsibilities will include establishing a uniform document/drawing numbering system in accordance with company norms, utilizing specific Document Templates Systems, managing project folders, formulating registries, allocating document and drawing numbers, distributing project-related information to the project team and external parties, assisting the Project Manager during audits, preparing ad-hoc reports on projects, processing and controlling all project document types accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining quality documentation, filing documents in physical and digital records, adhering to document lifecycle procedures, communicating changes to document control procedures to the project team, assisting in implementing new Document Management systems, training employees on project documentation systems, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive documentation. This is a full-time position with benefits including life insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience in a related field. The work location is in person.,
