Job Title: Associate Consultant Hepatobiliary Surgery Location: New Delhi, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 33-36 LPA Experience: 0 - 1 year Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Consultant Hepatobiliary Surgery to join our specialized surgical team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in liver transplantation and advanced minimally invasive hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) procedures. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside leading experts in the field and contribute to complex surgical interventions, post-operative care, and clinical research. Note: This position does not include OPD/IPD rights. Key Responsibilities: Assist in living donor liver transplants, pancreatic surgeries, and complex hepatobiliary reconstructions. Collaborate with hepatologists and transplant anesthetists to provide comprehensive perioperative and post-transplant patient care. Manage ICU-based post-operative care, including monitoring immunosuppressive therapy protocols. Contribute to clinical research, transplant audits, and surgical innovations in HPB and liver transplant surgery. Maintain detailed patient records and ensure adherence to surgical protocols and hospital guidelines. Stay updated on the latest advancements in hepatobiliary and transplant surgery to enhance clinical outcomes. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education & Certification: MCh/DrNB in GI Surgery / HPB Surgery from a recognized institution. Technical & Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Interest in liver transplantation and minimally invasive HPB procedures. Ability to manage complex surgical cases and perioperative care. Knowledge of immunosuppressive therapy protocols and post-operative ICU management. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. Effective communication skills for interacting with multidisciplinary teams.
