Job Description
As a Distributor Business Manager at our esteemed client in New Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in managing distributor relationships and retailers. Your responsibilities will include conducting monthly performance reviews of 4-5 distributors, tracking and enhancing their performance to drive Castrol sales results, and achieving targets for revenue, reach, and profitability. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to address underperformance, develop action plans, and execute strategies to bridge performance gaps. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing sales processes, acquiring new customers, and utilizing digital tools for effective territory management. To excel in this role, you must possess 5-8 years of experience in B2C channel sales, particularly in managing distributors and third-party relationships. Your background should include working with leading manufacturers in sectors such as Food, Home Care, Personal Care, or Refreshment products. Proficiency in territory management, familiarity with digital tools like Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and a valid car driving license are essential requirements for this position. Moreover, you should be comfortable with frequent travel within the Bihar area. If you have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanical, Automobile, Chemical, Production, or Electrical, it will be considered a significant advantage.
