Job Title: Display Van Driver cum Executive Location: Johns Honda, Alappuzha Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Johns Honda, a leading Honda two-wheeler dealership in Alappuzha, is looking for a dynamic and responsible Display Van Driver cum Executive to support its marketing and brand visibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the branded display van and assisting in field-level promotional activities aimed at increasing showroom footfall and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Drive the Honda-branded display van safely across Alappuzha and nearby areas as per the campaign schedule. Ensure the van is well-maintained, clean, and branded displays are properly set up and functional. Support showroom marketing by distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional material at key locations. Engage with the public, share product information, and promote ongoing offers or events. Set up and manage promotional kiosks or display setups at exhibitions, public events, or hotspots. Record and report details of locations visited, materials distributed, and public feedback to the marketing team. Assist in minor technical arrangements (e.g., setting up music, banners, or demo units). Collaborate with the sales team to gather leads during campaigns and follow-up where needed. Ensure all safety and local traffic regulations are strictly followed. Requirements: Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license with clean driving record. Minimum 12 years of driving experience, preferably in promotional or marketing campaigns. Basic communication skills in Malayalam and Hindi/English. Energetic, well-groomed, and enthusiastic about customer interaction. Familiar with the roads and locations in and around Alappuzha. Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, based on campaign needs. Preferred Qualifications: SSLC or Higher Secondary Education. Experience in two-wheeler promotions or dealership marketing campaigns is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge or event handling skills will be an added advantage.
