Job Description

1.Dispatch & Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end dispatch process for raw materials and finished products. Ensure all shipments are packed, labeled, and documented as per company and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with transportation partners, couriers, and warehouses to ensure smooth and sustainable logistics operations. Monitor delivery timelines and take proactive steps to address any delays or issues. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock management and minimal wastage. Implement sustainable packaging and dispatch practices to align with the brands environmental goals. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate dispatch records. 3. Team & Vendor Management: Ensure timely deliveries with different locations of the organisation and customers. Negotiate and manage relationships with shipping partners. 4. Process Optimization & Reporting: Implement efficient dispatch workflows to reduce turnaround time. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, order accuracy, and returns. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
