Job Purpose: Monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and coordinating with HO to perform a smooth dispatch process with timely delivery. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Responsible for arranging timely logistics of the material to customer as per guidelines. Lorry booking (check pending and materials position for tonnage Arrange materials in dispatch area (job wise) Continuous follow-up with transporter for truck availability Follow loading check list while dispatch. Preparing invoice and necessary legal document for dispatch (DELIVERY CHALLAN, DUTY PAID DC, STOCK TRANSFER DC, SITE TRANSFER DC, GATE PASS, CHECK LIST, WAYBILL (location wise) Recall MCR for check short received in consignment. Inward & outward material entry in system Daily physical counting of movement stock Daily materials stock maintenance in excel sheet. Finish goods stock planning. Handling of supervisors workers for labelling, packing, and loading-unloading Supporting the work of other team members Promote, monitor, and maintain safety of work area. Maintaining Housekeeping in the area allocated To train the new joinees about good housekeeping and safety for self and others To involve in various improvement activities initiated by the management time to time to maintain good environment in the surroundings. Respond to accidents and emergencies. To develop the skill of down the line by giving proper trainingSkills & Competencies Required: Technical Skills: In depth process knowledge Understanding of health & safety regulations Knowledge of MS office Able to provide training to helpers.
