Job Description
Position: Dispatch Assistant Location: Jhagadia near by ankleshwar Experience: 3 - 4 Years Industries: Chemical Responsibilities: Preparing GRN & Sales Invoice. Ensures all materials are received & dispatched, inspected, stored, maintained, and issued in a timely. Maintain stock and reconcile with data storage system. Ensures proper creation, filing, and dissemination of all Material related paperwork. Sales Invoice, GRN, RGP, NRGP, Issue Slip, Purchase Order entry in Tally ERP. Supervise the off-loading and storage of material and supplies. Coordinate with logistic teams for timely delivery of material. Responsible for verifying materials received were ordered; match to purchase order or verify with planning. While also verifying quantity delivered, inspect materials received for damage, mark inventory items with the appropriate part number code and notify plant personnel that materials ordered have been received. Required Skills: Tally ERP Knowledge is MUST. Good Communication & coordination skills. Logical thinking. Organizing.
