Designation : Director/ AVP- Business development BPO Sales* Experience : Upto 10 years* Salary: Up to 18 LPA (Fixed) + Lucrative Incentives per Closure Location: Udhyog Vihar, Gurgaon We are looking for a highly driven and experienced #Business #Development professional with a strong background in the international #BPO market. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills, a polished demeanour, and a proven track record in #acquiring and #managing #global #BPO #clients. What Were Looking For: Extensive experience in BPO Business Development Strong communication & negotiation skills in English Ability to drive business growth in international markets Immediate joiners preferred - Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for BPO services - Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Drive sales through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. - Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial models; negotiate contracts to close deals. - Market Research: Analyse industry trends, competition, and potential business opportunities. - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, pre-sales, and solution design teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients. - Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting. #Requirements: 1. Proven Experience in BPO Sales Must have handled end-to-end sales cycles in a BPO environment. 2. Network & Industry Connections Strong relationships with decision-makers in BFSI, E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, or other key industries. 3. Revenue Ownership Ability to manage and meet revenue and profitability targets. 4. Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills Ability to articulate business value and close deals effectively. 5. Flexibility & Travel Willingness Open to traveling as required to meet clients and drive business growth.
