Experience: 812 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or executive office roles, ideally within Financial Services or Professional Services. Key Result Area Major Activities Partner with the Country CEO to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives. Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment across business units. Strategy Alignment Track progress of key initiatives and provide regular updates to the CEO and Execution leadership team. Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of key business outcomes. Prepare strategic documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision- making. Prepare briefing materials, business cases, and strategic presentations for internalExecutive Decision and external stakeholders.Support Monitor and manage the CEOs priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
