Job Description

As the Director, Enterprise Services at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple IT Enterprise Services by managing service and engineering teams. Your role will involve contributing to the technical direction of the organization, developing strategies, building technical architecture, and creating service development roadmaps in collaboration with IT Service Owners. You will play a key role in driving customer solutions, managing budgetary decisions, and fostering innovation within the technology team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of relevant experience. You must have proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering software development projects while ensuring accountability for project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards. Additionally, your communication and leadership skills should be excellent to interact with senior technology leadership, key stakeholders, and offshore teams effectively. It would be beneficial if you have experience in leading large enterprise digital transformations, system implementations, and integrations. Your strong project management capabilities, ability to translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations, and understanding of lead to cash processes will be valuable assets in this role. In this position, you will be responsible for directing and leading teams across various enterprise services such as sales & service, ERP/Finance, and data & analytics. You will define and communicate strategic initiatives, drive the achievement of short-term and mid-term results, and create a clear vision for the department's long-term success. Collaborating with stakeholders, identifying efficiency improvements, addressing bottlenecks, and managing risks will be crucial aspects of your role. The Enterprise Services team, to which you will belong, focuses on ensuring the performance and availability of critical business systems while aligning technologies with business processes. You will work full time with a hybrid working model and support global time zones as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
