Job Description

You will be leading the continued build out and embedding of a GRC system across LSEG with key goals such as accessing complete, accurate, timely risk information, utilizing common data and reporting capabilities, introducing workflow tools for faster decision-making, reducing time spent aggregating information, and increasing user engagement. Your responsibilities will include overall management of the build, maintenance, and enhancement of the GRC system, providing leadership to resources focused on its development, driving adoption across LSEG, improving data quality, and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in a senior operational/strategic role in financial services or technology, expert knowledge of GRC systems, stakeholder management skills, leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a willingness to test new approaches.
