You will be responsible for leading the Technology & Engineering team in developing Architecture, Design, and Products across all technology domains. As the Principle Architect, you will oversee technical designs and engineering for various technologies essential for the business. Your role will involve managing technical projects in alignment with organizational objectives and ensuring the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures for technical solutions implementation. Your key requirements include having extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly in ITeS, ICT, and application-based solutions for the banking sector. You will be expected to create detailed timelines for each application release, monitor project progress effectively, and prioritize the workload of subordinate personnel. Additionally, you will review designs, code, unit test plans, business requirements, and functional specifications before coding, as well as act as a liaison between users, operations, and programming teams for systems design, modifications, or troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will be involved in researching and recommending new products, leading efforts to enhance engineering processes, analyzing product metrics for innovation and improvement, and delivering differentiated products to stay ahead of the competition. Conducting regular competitive analyses, collaborating with Quality Assurance, Product, and Marketing teams to create synergies for high-quality product development, and working closely with cross-functional teams are also key aspects of this role. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization, and a Postgraduate degree in any relevant field such as MS/M.Sc(Science) or MCA. This position is based in Mumbai with the option for Work from Office (WFO), and the ideal candidate should demonstrate a stable career track record.,
