We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead one of our core business verticals a pivotal role at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy. As a Senior Technical Leader, you will be responsible for Leading development teams that are responsible for delivering accurate and timely data in innovative ways for our Engineering teams. The successful candidate will have influence over the vision, features, and design of the critical data used to drive the business. You will own all phases of the development lifecycle from gathering business requirements, design and modeling, development, deployment, and support. What will you get to do here Lead the technology charter end-to-end for a core business unit from vision to delivery, scale to innovation. Collaborate closely with product, design, and business leaders to shape roadmaps, define outcomes, and drive execution. Build and grow a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation. Be deeply involved in upstream problem-solving driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and influencing product direction. Maintain a hands-on leadership style participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and occasionally dive into code. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies (like GenAI) and guide the team in adopting relevant innovations.
