As a key member of the Member Engagement Marketing team, you will drive strategies to enhance user interaction and increase revenue generation across the fintech platform. Your role will involve crafting personalized marketing initiatives that span the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will design targeted campaigns to boost engagement, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of CRM/lifecycle marketers and campaign managers, collaborating with various departments such as Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success, and monitoring key performance indicators related to conversion, churn reduction, and engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to revenue growth planning through member marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing, preferably within the fintech, banking, or consumer tech industry. Your expertise in lifecycle, retention, and CRM marketing, coupled with a strategic understanding of cross-selling and upselling techniques, will be instrumental in driving impactful marketing campaigns. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, and data-driven decision-making is essential, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
