Position Summary & Scope: This role entails driving commercial revenue and partnerships across categories - Domestic Fashion & Jewellery Owner. This position is responsible for ideating, selling, negotiating and delivering fully integrated programs and value that will live across branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions. This position will generate digital revenue supported by solution selling focused on branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas): Key Accountabilities: Work closely with the Head of Sales to create the revenue achievement strategy for the categories - Domestic Fashion & Jewellery Owner in the West & South market. Understand individual client needs and prepare solution-based packages that span across the digital, branded content and our on-ground offerings (events and exhibitions). Conceptualize new revenue streams and concepts and collaborate with the editorial, CNCC, and Events teams for seamless execution. To achieve targeted revenues and yields by maximizing the revenue generated from existing and well as developing new advertising clients Competitive tracking and analysis to identify and pursue target accounts. To prepare digital & video plans and annual budgets for the Company and to monitor performance against these plans and budgets. Establishing positive business relationships with external partners, advertisers, and internal teams to leverage the full breadth of Cond Nast's offerings. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience selling to enterprise-level clients is a plus Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business (Cross-sell & Up-sell) Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in branding, experiential (Events & Exhibitions), video and digital Key Skills & Core Competencies: Functional Competency Negotiation Skills Relationship Management Ability to monetize and manage niche sector Ability to focus on tomorrow Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem and media planning process A well-rounded exposure to the luxury advertising business Behavioral Competency Strategic Decision Making Stakeholder Management Qualification and Experience 12+ yrs with Post Graduate / MBA in Sales and Marketing,
