You should have borrower/customer/marketing strategy analytics experience along with proficiency in SQL, Python, Direct Mail Analytics, and Campaign Analytics. This role involves client interaction, hence excellent communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for independently leading projects and managing small teams of 1-3 analysts. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate should possess a Masters or Bachelors degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering, or a related analytics field from a reputed university. You must have a proven track record of academic and professional achievements, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive hands-on approach to tasks. Proficiency in SQL and SAS is mandatory, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau and programming language Python is preferred. Key Requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Direct Mail Analytics, and Campaign Analytics - Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex customer issues - Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL & SAS - Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau - Familiarity with Python programming language This position requires immediate joiners with a notice period of up to 15 days only.
