Job Description

• Manage dealer management activities, including training, technical services, and warranty claims processing.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective warranty management by tracking claims and resolving them efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience/ knowledge in after sales service or similar role with expertise in mechanical engineering (diploma).
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to work on complex machinery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
