About the Program and position details:

The Network - Diploma Engineer Trainee (N-DET) Program is designed to offer a well-defined career progression plan for candidates. This program also provides an exciting learning opportunity, as candidates will be enrolled in a B.Tech program at renowned institutions like BITS Pilani or MIT through the Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP).

Career Progression

• After Apprenticeship: Transition to N-DET (Fixed Term Contract)

• Post 12 Months as N-DET: Eligible for promotion to Field Engineer (Regular Role)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male candidates who have completed their Diploma (Electrical/Electronics) in 2024 or 2025.
• A minimum aggregate score of 60%.
• Strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and fluency in the local language are mandatory.
• Candidates must be open to relocating to the available locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer queries and coordinate with L2 teams

• Monitor network operations from the NOC

• Track KPIs and trigger alerts for threshold breaches

• Troubleshoot L1 technical issues and escalate when needed

• Support fiber, utility, and infrastructure coordination

• Ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA/TAT

• Assist with MIS reporting and network support

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of microprocessors & digital communication

• Familiarity with radio systems and instrumentation

• Computer proficiency and data handling

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment

Salary 

• Career Progression Path + Salary Increment:

  • Apprentice: 0-12 months per month Rs.12,000 (Per annum Rs. 1,44,000)
  • N-DET: 13-24 months per month Rs. 25,000 (Per annum Rs.3,00,000)
  • Field Engineer :Post 24 months per month Rs.30,000(Per annum Rs.3,60,000)

  In addition to the above, candidates will be eligible for local conveyance reimbursement and daily field allowances as per company policy.

  Upon successful completion of 18 months and promotion to Field Engineer, employees will be sponsored for a B.Tech program, with online classes conducted every Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours. The entire course fee will be borne by the company.
