NTT DATA is looking for a Digital Project Senior Manager to be a part of their team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Senior Manager, you will lead Salesforce projects across various clouds and integrations. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project plans, conducting daily stand-ups, facilitating requirement workshops, overseeing development phases, managing risk assessment, and providing project status reports to stakeholders. You will also be required to coordinate with different teams for end-to-end delivery and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and compliance standards. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of project management experience, with a focus on Salesforce projects for 2-3 years. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred but not mandatory.
