Employment: Full Time.

Salary: Negotiable
Experience: 10 years
Notice Period :- 45 Days max.

Position Overview:
As the Digital Project and Service Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the successful delivery of digital projects and services for our clients. Your extensive experience in the industry will be invaluable in guiding our
team to achieve exceptional results and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects, adhering to quality standards and client requirements.
- Identify potential risks and proactively devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Understand clients business objectives and challenges to effectively align project deliverables with their needs.
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns and seeking opportunities for future collaborations.
- Utilize your in-depth understanding of enterprise business processes to identify areas of improvement and optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in delivering digital solutions.
- Leverage your expertise in digital enterprise solutions to assess project requirements and propose suitable strategies and technologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Requirements: 

- Bachelo's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience is required.
- 10+ years of experience in digital project management and service delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong background in a Big 5 consulting firm or similar prominent organizations (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini etc.).
- In depth knowledge of enterprise business processes and their integration with digital solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in delivery methodologies – from strategic assessments, agile implementations as well as maintenance and support.
- Solid pre-sales and sales support experience, including proposal writing, orals presentations and contracting.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the digital industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- PMP or relevant certifications would be a plus.
