Job Description

As a Digital Producer based in Sydney, you will be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end CMS production and delivery of Digital Hub programs in a Digital Squad environment, ensuring a high level of customer experience and usability. You will work as a subject matter expert for Digital production in Agile Squads, delivering hands-on content changes via Content Management Systems. Collaboration with UX, design, content, development, and testing resources, both internal and external, is crucial to ensure the quality delivery of all changes into production. In addition, you will engage with all business stakeholders appropriately, seek relevant approvals, and document all processes accordingly. To excel in this role, you should have a strong hands-on CMS experience of 5 to 6 years, with proficiency in Vignette and AEM being highly regarded. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day content updates within the CMS, such as managing existing templates and modules, editing HTML and simple js/json files, database updates, and static file management. It is essential to have in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end production, delivery, and release management process, including working across development, testing, and production environments. Collaboration within cross-functional agile teams, interaction with UX, designers, developers, and testers are key aspects of this role. You should have an understanding of the Customer-Centric design approach, appreciating good customer experience, layout, and text composition. Being detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are important. Client service management is also a significant aspect of this role, involving building relationships with key stakeholders, obtaining approvals, sign-offs, and documentation. You will be responsible for initial investigations into project and BAU solutions for both customer-facing and CMS development, preparing impact assessments and work estimates. Furthermore, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables, including defect management, ensuring that all briefs and designs comply with legal and brand requirements.,
