Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager in our fashion apparel segment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales. Your primary focus will be on planning and managing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations. You will play a crucial role in creating seasonal product launch strategies by curating fashion-forward content directions. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, CAC, and engagement rates will be essential for you to make informed decisions to enhance campaign results. Collaborating closely with design, content, and merchandising teams, you will align marketing activities with new product drops and major launches. Managing the social media calendar, content briefs, scheduling, and posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube will be under your purview. Your expertise in running high-performing paid media campaigns tailored for fashion conversions and optimizing ROAS will be critical. Furthermore, overseeing SEO and SEM strategies to maintain strong organic rankings and website visibility will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in performance marketing, especially within the fashion and e-commerce domains. Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pinterest Ads is essential. A deep understanding of fashion consumer behavior, seasonal marketing dynamics, content planning, coordination, and creative briefing skills are key requirements. Your strong analytical skills and experience in campaign optimization and reporting, along with knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, will be advantageous.
