You are a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager responsible for leading online marketing efforts in the fashion apparel segment. Your role involves developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales. You have a strong understanding of the fashion market, e-commerce trends, and a track record of running ROI-focused campaigns. Your duties include planning, managing, and executing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing. You will create seasonal product launch strategies with fashion-forward content directions and track performance metrics to take data-driven actions for improvement. Collaboration with design, content, and merchandising teams is essential to align marketing activities with new product drops and key launches. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the social media calendar, manage content briefs, scheduling, and posting across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Running high-performing paid media campaigns focused on fashion conversions and ROAS optimization is a key responsibility. Managing SEO and SEM strategies to ensure strong organic rankings and website visibility is also part of your role. To succeed in this position, you must have proven experience in performance marketing, especially for fashion/e-commerce brands. Expertise in platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Pinterest Ads is required. A strong understanding of fashion consumer behavior, seasonal marketing dynamics, and excellent content planning and coordination skills are essential. Your analytical skills will be crucial for campaign optimization and reporting. Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, ability to multitask, and meet fast-paced campaign deadlines are also necessary.
