As a Digital Marketing Manager at Montzo Life's family of fashion brands, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through strategic and performance-driven digital campaigns. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, collaborating with brand marketing leads for campaign alignment, and managing paid digital campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing performance marketing efforts on a daily basis, including budget management, bid strategies, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. Additionally, you will lead email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, segment customer journeys, and personalize content to enhance engagement and retention. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, monitoring digital trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates will be essential parts of your role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce, and a proven track record of managing performance campaigns with strong ROI results. A deep understanding of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy, familiarity with fashion retail cycles, digital product launches, and consumer behavior, as well as the ability to manage multiple brand identities and priorities simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.
