Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Manager
JOINING: Immediate to 1 Month
BASE LOCATION: Nashik Local candidates.
Interview Process:- 1 Face to Face.
SALARY: CTC 3.5 to 5 Lac per annum

Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Agri Engg.), B.Sc (Agriculture/ Horticulture) / MBA with Digital Marketing Course

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO (Including Chatbot), Facebook, Facebook ads, Instagram, Google ads, YouTube, WhatsApp and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Build and maintain social media presence by posting content online (Region wise, Language wise & Product wise)
- Identify organic/inorganic campaign trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Tracking of each qualified lead, their conversion and channel performance.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Essential Qualifications:
- Passion to work as an owner of the company in a highly energetic startup and having a hungry, entrepreneurial mindset.
- This position is for professionals who truly love being in Digital Marketing function and intend to build a long-term career prospect in this function.
- Should have Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, Demonstrable experience managing SEO, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, agricultural equipment’s, Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Languages Known – English, Hindi.
