Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Create and share creative text, image, and video content on WhatsApp
- Manage WhatsApp Business account and handle bulk messaging
- Build and maintain WhatsApp broadcast lists and groups
- Respond to queries and engage with customers professionally
- Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Stay updated with latest WhatsApp marketing trends and tools
