  • ? Key Responsibilities? Performance Marketing & Lead GenerationPlan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns for targeted destinations.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Build audience segments for remarketing and retargeting strategies.
  • ? Social Media MarketingCreate and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and destination-specific campaigns.
  • Monitor trends and engage with travel-related communities to grow brand presence.
  • ? SEO & Content OptimizationPerform keyword research and implement on-page SEO.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create destination blogs, landing pages, and travel guides.
  • Track SEO rankings and organic traffic performance.
  • ? Email & CRM MarketingDesign and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho.
  • Manage lead nurturing flows in the CRM (HubSpot, Freshsales, or in-house system).
  • Monitor open rates, click rates, and automate follow-ups.
  • ? Analytics & ReportingUse Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data to generate performance reports.
  • Measure ROI of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
